It's a glitter ink.
It's likely intended for color mixing.
The color of this glitter ink differs from the images released by the official source at the time of its release (especially Spring).

Looking at that, the color change of Spring might not be that significant.

It's unclear whether this was the case from the time of purchase or if the color has changed over time.
