This bag is in good condition and has been in a smoke free home. There is normal, light wear on the exterior. Anything of note is shown in the pictures. It is a little bit misshapen to close the side snaps, it doesn't want to stay closed on one side. Shoulder strap that is detachable is not included. If needed, straps can be purchased inexpensively at other retailers and attached to this purse. Interior is very clean. Interior has 2 side zip closure sections with the middle section having a zippered pocket and open pockets. Leather is still supple without scratches. It's a great satchel to use for multiple occasions and to keep for a long time. It's a staple for a wardrobe.
