This is from my own personal collection, when we owned our business. This was a Promotional Item from Upper Deck to enter a contest for a possibility of a Scholarship, see photos.
This comes with the original envelope it came in, the “Holder” and all of the paperwork. This has only been stored away since we received it back in 1999.
This is one RARE item and it will be hard to find another.
