Late model with changes to the medical mark from the early model and the Velcro on the back oriented vertically.
The flap is long and buttons at the bottom of the pouch.
Although there are no contents, a waterproof case for storing some of the first aid kit is also included.
It is sealed with OD-colored duct tape, which also seems to be a specification.
