VERY RARE 1890 Publication Diagram of Parliamentary Rules by Uriah Smith ANTIQUE

Wonderful collectible antique book from 1890, “Diagram of Parliamentary Rules.” Includes a pullout page: “Smith’s Diagram of Parliamentary Rules.”

What’s very interesting about this book is the last page includes an embossed area which says, “Pine Grove No. 15, Woodman Circle, Springfield, Oregon.” There is also handwriting on the last page that says, “Emma D. Spores. Mohawk Ogn.” Also, on the front inside cover, handwriting says, “J. H. Spores. Springfield, Ogn.“
