This vintage item is a McCoy Stoneware "Parading Ducks" pitcher produced in the 1930s. It is made of stoneware, finished with a periwinkle blue glaze and features an embossed design of marching ducks around its body. It measures approximately 7.5” tall and 8”across including the spout and handle.
McCoy Pottery was known for its distinctive and colorful glazes, often creating thematic and decorative items like this one. It is in good condition considering its age. There are some minor “flea bites” mainly around the top edge and there is one spot of discoloration (red). Also, a small chip on the very bottom edge that is not visible when the pitcher is upright. These flaws only add to the vintage charm of this fabulous item!!
