Judging by label, is mid 90s vintage. Would looks so sick with some big boots. Spaghetti straps, amazing iridescent silver sequins and beads on a black mini dress, lined so you can’t feel the stitching. A-line shape, fits to your bodice and then is flared round the hips. Label is 16 but as it’s vintage I’d recommend it slightly oversized so it swishes. Measures 36” around the waist, 32” long (mid thigh on me at 5’5”).
