I purchased this off marketplace and when I received it the strap was torn. The seller said it wasn’t that way when she shipped it. I agreed to file
a damages claim with the post office and she never did and blocked me. I don’t really want the purse now. Someone maybe able to fix the strap or put a Coach scarf or something over it. See all pictures all sales are final.
