This is a simply beautiful vintage structured black leather handbag by Etienne Aigner from the 1960's. This handbag is made from a sturdy and structured black leather and has a metal brass colored logo affixed to the front. Etienne Aigner plaque in matching black leather sewn to the lining.
It features brass tone metal hardware and a top handle. The inside designed with multiple compartments with a small zippered pocket on the external back side, one middle zippered pocket, side zippered pocket and an envelope pockets on the side. The bag is a satchel style with overlapping leather flaps that close with a small metal divot lock. Very Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. There is a matching brass snap on the side that fastens the zipper to the side. Beautiful details!
This stunning bag has some minor scuffs and scratches as well as some wear on the hardware. Please see pictures for best idea of wear.
