Vintage Kirks Germany Stag Handle Poultry Shears
A beautiful pair of Mid-Century Modern (MCM) (1960-70s) poultry/game shears by Kirks. Crafted in Germany, these feature high-carbon steel blades and genuine stag (antler) handles, perfect for a lodge-style kitchen or vintage barware collection.
Brand: Kirks (Germany).
Handles: Stag horn with natural ridges and rich color.
Blades: High-carbon stainless steel; one smooth edge for slicing and one serrated edge for gripping skin/bone. Features a built-in bone-breaker notch.
Mechanism: Strong, original internal coil spring with a functional safety locking latch.
Condition: Great vintage condition. The spring is "snappy" and the handles are secure with no cracks. Minor surface wear to the metal consistent with age. Hand-wash only to preserve the organic antler handles.
