The only tag on here is the location where it was made, so please check measurements. Im 99% sure this is 100% cotton, just by the weave and feel. I would date this from the 1980s. This blouse has everything for the romantic, baroque renaissance Victorian opulence trend we will see in 2026. The mutton sleeves have shoulder pads for extra volume!
