Vintage National Geographic “Close-Up: U.S.A." folded map set, copyright 1978, housed in the original yellow plastic storage case. This educational set includes multiple full regional maps of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, designed for classroom and homeschool use.

Maps are printed on durable synthetic paper with a flexible, cloth-like texture, similar to vintage classroom pull-down maps. The material is made to withstand repeated handling and folds rather than creasing like standard paper. Set also includes the original distance/time reference overlay sheet.
