What a fantastic one of a kind 1980's strapless dress. Red with black polkadots, black center waist ruched. The chest is fitted with boning and then an outer layer for that fuller stand up look. Fuller skirt when worn with under skirt, pictured with tulle under skirt but doesnt come with the dress. Back zipper closing and closes all the way up. But in this picture, it doesn't, as the mannequin is too big for the dress.
