New in open box! It looks complete and perfect ! All the forks are present and still in original packaging , comes in original box with recipes manuals and warranty cards . While I'm convinced this has never been used it does appear there has been some chattering in a few places from previous shipping : storage situation. But to be sure I did test it and okayed works perfectly fine
