Victorian or Bridgerton Regency style dress hand made in the 70s. Lipstick red long sleeve bodice with faux ruby decorative buttons down the front and a ruffled neckline. Long sleeves with ruffles at sleeves. Skirt is a fabulous Red, black and green taffeta tartan plaid that sweeps to the floor. Unlined. No tags, appears hand made. Closes with a long zipper up the back, and hooks and eyes.
