This vintage and rare cookbook, The Kitchen Experience by Jane LeCuyer, was published in 1979. This spiral-bound paperback cookbook has been signed by the author on the first page (see photos #3-4).
Cookbook celebrates 'the kitchen experience' where the kitchen should be the most exciting, livable area in the home and contains a variety of interesting recipes including wok cookery, fondue cookery, crepes and fillings, eggs, vegetables, seafood, chicken, beef, desserts and more.
Cookbook is in very good condition (clean/tight - no writing) with the exception of the author's signature and a written dedication from a gift-giver on the inside of the cover (see photo #3 for details). Cookbook contains 120 pages.
